Community Markets was founded by Gavin Marsich a business entrepreneur with an interest in helping communities thrive. Developing Community Projects that benefit the community in Business Trade and Industry Growth and to establish a price competitive market for goods and services with a 50/50 Credit and Cash payment system. Our vision is to set up Community Markets throughout New Zealand under the umbrella of One New Zealand Business Association (NZBA) with companies like Global Advertising Internet Network LTD and Coffee Outbreak Network Group LTD providing membership to a Business Advertising & Referral Network. Rewarding Financially Active Members with Trade/Barter Credits to spend with our Stall Holders that ensures business trade. Our ultimate goal is to lease a large warehouse with over 400 Permanent Stall Holders 24 hours a day, 5-6 days a week .

Something old, something new, something for everyone, including you. Otara Community Market has over 100 Stalls, Close to Otara Shopping Centre, Buses and Taxi's, even close access to the SH1 motorway. With toilets, parking and discounted shopping, Otara Community Markets is the place to be. Our Morning Market is from 6am to 12pm on Saturdays, We are currently working on establishing a few stores for arts, crafts, fruit and vegetables, non-government foundation and paid volunteer recruitment and taking bookings for community service providers backed by godzone credit exchange and manpower outsourcing. Look for the signs 'We accept Credit'.

2024 - The year for change

​Community Markets are popular with the small business owners. Its low setup costs provide a way to keep costs low and get established foot traffic. This is important to have shoppers to your stall. Presentation and customer service is of high priority and contributes to the success of your business venture. Another way to boost sales is accepting credit from Godzone Credit Exchange.
